Do I need a college degree or sales experience?

No. The most successful members in the room came in with zero sales background. What we look for is coachability, drive, and the willingness to put in 90 days of focused effort. Everything else — the license, the product knowledge, the actual selling — we teach you.
Is this a "be your own boss" scheme?

No. The Six Figure Room is a career inside a national licensed insurance organization. You'll be selling real products to real clients with real underwriting. The income is commission-based and uncapped, but the structure is a legitimate, regulated career — not network marketing.
What does the first 30 days actually look like?

Week 1–2: licensing prep and product training. Week 3: shadowing producing agents on live calls. Week 4: your first solo calls, with your mentor on the line for support. By day 30, most new members have already written their first policies.
How is income actually earned?

100% commission. Every policy you write pays a commission upfront plus residual income that continues for years as long as the client stays on. There's no salary, no cap, and no quota. You eat what you kill — but we hand you the bow and teach you to aim.
Do I have to be in Tampa Bay?

For now, yes. The Six Figure Room is built around in-person briefings, mentorship, and culture. We've found this is what separates members who hit six figures from members who don't. If you're not currently local but willing to relocate, mention it on your briefing.
