What we train into you, and what we don't do for you.
You clicked to find out more, so here it is before we ask you for anything. The people who are unhappy here are almost always the ones who expected the second column to look like the first.
- The craft of selling health insurance, taught daily on a live floor
- A licensing path if you do not hold a Florida health and life licence yet
- Product knowledge, underwriting, and how to run a real client conversation
- Mentorship from producers who were brand new twelve months ago
- How to build a book that pays you again next year for work you did this year
- Not a salary and not hourly. Pay is performance based, with no cap and no quota
- Not free to start. Producers carry their own licensing and lead costs, and that is the investment side of a profession
- Not remote and not part time. This runs on a floor in Tampa, five days a week
- Not passive income and not network marketing. You sell regulated products to real clients
- Not the right move if you need predictable money in the next 90 days
This is who is already in it.
Every photo and every frame on this page is our own team and our own building in Tampa. None of it is stock.
I was 25, drowning in a job that paid me $48K to feel invisible. Twelve months in the room and I cleared $140K. I'm not special. I just stopped waiting for permission.
What actually happens at the briefing.
Roughly 45 minutes at our Tampa office. No suit required. You are interviewing us as much as we are interviewing you.
- Overview of the company and the cultureWho we are, how long we have been doing this, and how the floor runs day to day.
- The profession and how you get paidHow commission is actually paid, upfront and residual, with the real numbers on the screen.
- The training pathWhat we teach you, in what order, and what the licensing process asks of you before it pays you.
- Meet members of the teamProducers who were brand new twelve months ago, and who will tell you the truth about their first 90 days.
- Small group interview and questionsWe find out whether you are somebody we want on the floor, and you find out the same about us. Ask the uncomfortable questions.
Your first 30 days are school, not a desk.
This is the part people miss when they think of it as a job. You are not being put to work on day one. You are being taught a profession, and then held to it.
Licensing prep and product training. Classroom before floor.
Shadowing producing agents on live calls. You hear the craft before you try it.
Your first solo calls, with your mentor on the line.
Most new members have written their first policies.
Most of the people on this floor were brand new twelve months ago.
They walked into the same briefing you are looking at right now.The questions everybody asks.
If the honest answer to one of these puts you off, we would rather you read it here than find out in week three.
Do I need a college degree or sales experience?
No. Some of the strongest producers in the room came in with zero sales background. What we look for is coachability, drive, and the willingness to put in 90 days of focused effort. The licence, the product knowledge and the actual selling are the things we teach you.
What does getting licensed actually involve, and what does it cost?
A Florida health and life licence takes most people a matter of weeks. There is coursework, a state exam, and a background check. Producers cover their own licensing and lead costs. That is normal for a licensed profession and it is the part we want you to see clearly before you sit in the room, rather than after.
How does the pay actually work?
It is 100% commission. Every policy you write pays a commission upfront plus residual income that continues for years while the client stays on. There is no salary, no cap and no quota. That is the upside and the risk in the same sentence. If you need predictable money in the next 90 days, this is the wrong time for you.
Is this a be your own boss scheme?
No. This is a career inside a national licensed insurance organization. You will be selling real products to real clients with real underwriting. The income is commission based and uncapped, and the structure is a legitimate regulated profession rather than network marketing.
Do I have to be in Tampa Bay?
For now, yes. This is built around in person briefings, mentorship and floor culture, and that is what separates the members who do well from the ones who don't. If you are not local but willing to relocate, say so at your briefing.
What does the first 90 days look like?
Licensing if you need it, then training, then supervised production. Expect it to be the hardest and least profitable stretch of your first year. Everyone on the floor has been through it.
Still reading? Then take the five questions.
Two minutes. You get a straight read, and if the honest answer is not right now, it will say that instead of selling you a Monday evening.
