Who We're Looking For

We are looking for self-motivated, coachable people with an entrepreneurial mindset. You do not need sales experience; we train from scratch. Strong communication, empathy for clients, and the drive to improve matter more than a resume.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities

• Maintain existing client relationships while acquiring new clients
• Provide product knowledge and coverage recommendations
• Process sales accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to hit sales goals

Compensation & Details

• Pay: $75,311.50 – $133,250.75 per year (commission + bonus based)
• Compensation package: Bonus opportunities, commission pay, monthly and yearly bonuses, performance bonus
• Schedule: Day shift
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
• Location: In-person, Tampa, FL
